Jewellery & Watches Price Match Promise
At Fraser Hart, we are committed not only to offering you the best shopping experience possible, but also to the most competitive prices across our branded jewellery and watches.
The Fraser Hart price guarantee means that, if you see any of our branded jewellery or watches elsewhere, at a lower price, we will match the price for you, once the following conditions are met:
For online purchases:
The product must be identical to ours in brand, colour, size and model number.
The retailer in question must be a national authorised stockist of the brand in question.
The price being matched may be offered online or in-store, on the condition that the retailer in question has a physical, permanent store within 20 miles of any Fraser Hart store (including Crouch, Lyons and Bernstones).
Our price match promise is therefore not applicable to products sold online by online-only retailers.
You must provide evidence (i.e. a photograph, a catalogue image or an online link) of the product and price in the other store.
The item in question must be in stock and available for purchase with the competing stockist, able to complete delivery within 2-3 days of transaction.
We will endeavour to verify the price match within 48 hours, after which point your purchase must be made within 7 days of verification.
For in-store purchases:
The product must be identical to ours in brand, colour, size and model number.
The retailer in question must be a national authorised stockist of the brand in question.
The price being matched must be the advertised price in-store, and in a physical, permanent store within 20 miles of the Fraser Hart store (including Crouch, Lyons and Bernstones) you are visiting.
The item must be in stock and available to purchase immediately.
You must provide evidence (i.e. a photograph, a catalogue image or an online link) of the product and price in the other store.
If you have bought a product from any Fraser Hart store or online and you see the item in a competitors’ store, which meets the conditions above, we will offer you a refund of the difference, by the original payment method.
Terms & Conditions
The Fraser Hart price match promise is guaranteed for branded products that are identical (same brand, model, style, colour and finish), undamaged, not pre-owned and sold directly through an authorised UK stockist in £GBP.
Our price match promise cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
Our price match promise is available only on items currently held in stock by an authorised retailer and available for immediate purchase (delivery within 2-3 business days). It is not applicable on products which must be pre-ordered, or specify a delayed delivery time.
We reserve the right to limit our price match promise to one of each item per customer. (It is not available to corporate customers.)
On the occasion that an authorised retailer promotes branded products at a lower price in specific regional stores, the Fraser Hart price match promise will only be available in Fraser Hart stores within a 20-mile radius of that store.
IFC is not available on price match promise purchases.
The Fraser Hart price match promise will not apply if the selected authorist stockist or retailer is in administration or closing down, or if the purchase is made in an outlet (discount) store.
The Fraser Hart price match promise cannot be used on purchases made using third-party gift cards.
Our price match promise cannot be used to match tax-free shopping or duty-free prices.
The Fraser Hart price match promise cannot be used to match online-only retailers. A retailer must have high street stores (minimum 2) to be eligible for price matching.
Price match claims made after purchase can be made in any of our branches and must be within 7 days from the date of purchase. A partial refund will be given back via the method used to pay.
