HOW TO USE YOUR GIFT VOUCHER:

To use your Fraser Hart gift voucher when making a purchase:

Step 1: Begin checkout and on the Payment screen, tick ‘I have a gift voucher’.

Step 2: Enter the characters as they appear on the voucher in the balance box above.

Step 3: Click the "Check Balance" button.

Step 4: Click “Apply Balance”, to reduce the value of your basket by the amount of your gift

voucher.

If you have more than one Gift Voucher just repeat the steps to add multiple vouchers in the checkout.

Step 5: Click “Add A Gift Voucher”, then repeat Steps 1 to 4 to add an additional voucher.

Please note Fraser Hart gift vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date the gift voucher is issued. After 5 years, the gift voucher will expire and any balance remaining will be deducted. There is no other balance deduction on Fraser Hart gift vouchers.
